By submitting this credit application, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
Collection of Personal Information
This application collects sensitive personal information, which may include your full name, date of birth, Social Security number, contact information, and other financial or identifying details. This information is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating your request for financing.
Accuracy of Information
You certify that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and submitted voluntarily. You understand that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in delays, inability to submit your application to lenders, or denial of financing by a lender.
Authorization for Credit Review
You authorize American Quality Exteriors and its financing partners to obtain and use consumer reports and other information to verify your identity and evaluate your financing request. This may include an initial soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. You understand that participating lenders may later perform additional inquiries, including hard credit inquiries, in accordance with their underwriting requirements.
No Credit Decision Authority / Financing Facilitation Only
You acknowledge and agree that American Quality Exteriors is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. American Quality Exteriors acts solely as a facilitator by submitting your application to one or more independent third-party lenders based on your stated needs and project requirements.
All credit decisions, including approvals, denials, interest rates, loan amounts, and terms, are made exclusively by the participating lenders, not by American Quality Exteriors.
Third-Party Sharing
You authorize American Quality Exteriors to submit your application and share your information with one or more third-party lenders, financing partners, credit bureaus, and service providers strictly for the purpose of processing and evaluating your financing request and as permitted by applicable federal and Oklahoma state laws.
Adverse Action Notices
If your financing application is denied or approved on less favorable terms, any required adverse action notices or credit disclosures will be provided directly by the lender responsible for the credit decision, not by American Quality Exteriors.
Data Security & Retention
Your information is transmitted and stored using commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Any printed or physical records, if applicable, are maintained in-house under required security protocols. Information is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes and is disposed of in accordance with applicable laws. While reasonable safeguards are used, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Use of Information
Your information will not be sold or used for marketing purposes unrelated to your financing request unless required by law or expressly authorized by you.
Electronic Consent
By submitting this application electronically, you consent to the use of electronic records, disclosures, and signatures in connection with this transaction in accordance with applicable law.
