Service Manager- Jason Bell

Jason Bell came to American Quality Exteriors through a family connection.  His father, Lloyd Bell, had worked for the company as an installer, and Jason soon followed in his footsteps.  Jason is responsible for the hiring and training of our installation crews.  He handles all of our measuring and product ordering as well as the scheduling of installations for all jobs.  

Jason has worked for American Quality Exteriors for eight years.  A native of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Jason is a single dad of two girls.  He loves to meet people and partner with them to make their home improvement dreams into reality.


Assistant Administrative Manager- Tracy Lavarnway

Tracy Lavarnway was looking to be a part of a team.  Her search for that team ended just over two years ago when she arrived at American Quality Exteriors as our Administrative Manager.  Tracy is responsible for everything involved with connecting clients to the company.  She handles the processing of financial documents, works with financial companies to secure funding for jobs, provides information to our customers on scheduling jobs and finalizing financing, and coordinates with our sales and marketing departments.

Tracy is a native of Oklahoma City and the mom to twin girls.  She loves dealing with people and learning new skills that enable her to offer exceptional service to the customers of American Quality Exteriors.

Junior Administrative Assistant- Jennifer Hairfield

Jennifer Hairfield wanted a job that challenged her mind and allowed her to learn.  She found that job at American Quality Exteriors.  As the Junior Administrative Assistant, Jennifer works with Tracy to process jobs, assists customers with questions and concerns, keeps our files in order, and handles paperwork associated with confidential financing documentation.

Jennifer has lived in too many places to have a "hometown," but her family currently lives in Antlers, OK.  Jennifer has a BA in Creative Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma and is engaged to Kevin Logan.


Advertising Manager- Judy Start

For Judy Start, American Quality Exteriors is like a family.  Judy has known the VanZandt's for twenty three years, and became a part of American Quality Exteriors in its infancy.  With over thirty years of advertising experience, Judy was the natural choice to manage our advertising department.  As the advertising manager, Judy trains, coordinates, and challenges our lead generation team and works closely with Doyle Hawkins to plan daily appointment scheduling for our factory representatives.  A natural people person, Judy loves connecting a homeowner with one of our representatives, because she knows that is the first step in making a home improvement dream come true.  For a Free estimate, call us and ask for Judy.
